Biography:
Claire Nadaf is a Registered Nurse and Nurse Academic has worked in higher education for a number of years focused on workforce development and transformation initiatives for the healthcare sector.
Claire is in the process of completing her professional doctorate, a Gadamerian hermeneutic interpretative phenomenological study which focuses on the use of the National Early Warning Score for identification and management of patient deterioration. Claire has developed a number of educational initiatives aimed at patient safety improvement including the e-learning for health deteriorating patient programme. Claire is a judge for the Nursing Times Patient Safety improvement award.
