Biography:
I am a senior lecturer (Nursing) and researcher in the College of Nursing & Health Sciences at Flinders University. I teach across a broad range of nursing subjects, including undergraduate, postgraduate and HDR students. My research experience includes Systematic Review, Umbrella Reviews, Co-design, Qualitative, Quantitative and Mixed Methods Research Design, collaborating with researchers and publishing in Q1 Journals. My research has contributed to the overall body of knowledge on workplace violence within the healthcare sector. It examines nursing students experience of violence perpetrated by patients and visitors and the impact on them, including consequences and management of WPV.
