Biography:
Dr. Roe is principal and senior practice consultant of The Roe Group Enterprises, LLC. For over 25 years she has been involved with or led innovative initiatives and programs. Dr. Roe has a doctorate in public administration with a concentration in policy and administration and a master’s and bachelor’s degree in nursing. Having diverse experience, she is an invited speaker at conferences. She has taught at a variety of universities and colleges and facilitated many training programs. Current publications include books, guidebooks, and articles. Dr. Roe serves as a leader and peer reviewer for several associations.
